We establish a unique collaborative relationship with each of our clients designed to support their learning needs and strategic objectives. Rather than a traditional consulting service with off the shelf products, seminars, and methodologies, we promote an active dialogue to deepen each client’s strategic learning about the support economy: its implications, opportunities, and potential.
Our activities may include a series of one-on-one conversations, learning-intensive discussions with top management and directors, tailored learning modules with nominated senior mangers, and advisory support for lifeboats and new ventures.
We travel to a client’s chosen venue, or we arrange private sessions in Maine.
